BIRDINI RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be in love with your new sandals! However, if you are not absolutely satisfied with your new purchase we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange within 30 days in accordance with our Returns Policy:
*BIRDINI reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received. Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund or exchange note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalized. Allow up to 5 business days after receiving an email for the funds to reach your credit/debit card.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ONLINE PURCHASE
To return or exchange your item please contact [email protected] and our customer care team will arrange the fastest and most convenient way to execute your request. We will need confirmation details of your order (order number), your name and last name.
You’re welcome to use your preferred carrier at your own cost. However, Birdini recommends sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES IN STORES
Merchandise purchased from Birdini stores or from other retailers selling our brand, including department stores, must be returned to the originating store and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
If an item is deemed faulty, BIRDINI will offer to replace or refund the value of item.
If you purchased item online from our official website www.birdini.com and received a faulty item please contact us at [email protected] to resolve your issue. We accept faulty item claims if they are made within 2 business days from the moment you receive your order.
If you purchased item at one of our stores please report faulty item immediately to the store you bought it in.
You must provide a proof of purchase such as receipt, order confirmation or bank statement.
