I don't usually write reviews, but this time I will. Simply because I'm a girl who wears Birkenatock and don't like to have something between my fingers due to blisters. I bought Birdini 5 loop sandals to give them a chance as they look so feminine. And it was a complete surprise! I just love them! Base is so soft and light, loops are silky and don't irritate my skin or form blisters. I don't even know that I'm wearing them. So comfy and afforfable. Totally worth the money. It takes like a minute more for putting them on and tie them as you want. I have walked more than 10km at once wearing them and didn't even feel wearing them. I 100% recommend them, as I already did to my family and friends.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this webshop.

It has been almost 2 months since I placed my order, and I still have not received my sandals.

They shipped the parcel with an incorrect address, admitted there was a problem, and promised me a refund several times. However, I am still waiting for my money, and I have not received the refund.

Very disappointing customer service and communication. I cannot recommend buying from this webshop.
