What methods of payment does birdini.com accept?

Birdini currently accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay and PayPal.

Do I have to set up an account to place my order?

No, you can check out as a guest as well. However, creating your own account will give you benefits such as:
– Quick and easy checkout
– Personalized profile including payment options and address book
– Wish list
– Email updates: be the first to hear about our newest promotions

What currency is used online?

On the European website prices will be charged in euro, while on Australian website prices will be charged in AU$.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we offer 21 day returns on all items. For more informations click here.
We do except exchange as well as long as the return merchandise is in its original state. For more information click here.

Will I have to pay for customs & duties?

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Birdini is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately no, as all orders are processed almost immediately. You can always return or exchange item if you have changed your mind.

How can I track my order?

Once when your order is processed and shipped we will send you an email with the tracking no and instructions how you can easily track you order.

How can I use a promo code?

After you have selected item(s) you wish to purchase, proceed to checkout. There you will have the option to add you promo code and click apply before you finalize your purchase. Only one code can be used for one purchase.

What do I do if my promo code is not working?

Lost your return slip?

Not a problem. Please contact our customer service team and we will issue you a new one. We are open seven days per week, 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, except when closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day.

How can I retrieve a lost password?

To re-set a forgotten password, simply click My Account at the upper right-hand corner of your browser window, then click on “Forgot your password?” in the pop-up box and enter your email address when prompted to do so. We will send you an email with a link to your password information.
